How do I sign up to the van service and how much will this cost me?
We run a FREE van service for both of our ECE centres, as well as our OSCAR programme. We transport children from the age of 2. If you are interested in this, please give us a call.
How do I enrol my children for one of your ECE centres, or OSCAR programme?
ECE: Just come on site and see us for an enrolment pack, or send us an email. You're welcome to bring your child to have a play and get a feel for the place, and meet our friendly staff.
OSCAR: You can pick up an enrolment form from our site at 201 Buckland Rd, Mangere East. OR send us an email and we can send you an enrolment form.
Can I only come to Fathers and Kids if I have my own children?
Not at all. Fathers and Kids is for all men who are father figures to any children. If you don't have children, feel free to come along with your nieces, nephews, or even grand children.
Do I have to sign up to come to playgroup?
No, you're welcome to come as you please. It is free
How much do your ECE centres charge?
$7.50 per hour. If your child is 3+ they will qualify for 20 hours free. At the moment as an incentive we are offering 20 hours free for all 2 - 5 year old. WINZ subsidy is also available.
How much does your OSCAR programme cost?
Holiday programme have different session times, the cost will be based on what session you book. Before school care is $6 per day or $30 per week. After school care is $16 per day or $80 per week. If your child does both it's a total of $110 per week. WINZ subsidy is also available.
How do I apply for WINZ subsidy?
You must fill in an application form which needs to be signed by us. You will then need to drop this off to your local Work and Income office. We have subsidy forms on site if you need one.
